So you’ve read about my investment in my health. What are the goals? To simplify the goals are two-fold, one to set goals for my weight loss journey and the other to encourage others.


  • Lose 20 lbs by July 14th currently 274 lbs
  • Lower BP to a healthy normal by the end of Summer
  • Go to the gym 4/5 days a week
  • Continue to eat healthy with portion control
  • Logging all food/exercise follow me: Jmorrowlmt
  • Updating my progress

I’m excited in this journey for not only myself but for the opportunity to inspire others. To inspire that your health is important and we all must invest in our health.
