So you wanna know, how often is too often for a massage? Surprisingly this is an easy answer, as often as you want for the most part!

Massage is for all kinds of issues, to ask how often is too often is really up to the individual. Do you work out consistently? Maybe a massage would be useful once or twice a month. It will help promote circulation, improving the possibility of a quicker recovery. Imagine not being as sore or recovering from muscle fatigue even faster!

If you have a high-stress job or lifestyle and you are looking to learn how to relax, then this simple monthly investment may be just what you need.

Can you be overstimulated, of course, you can. Talk to your therapist and find out what a good schedule would be for your lifestyle. Whether it’s once a week, twice a month or every other month, the benefits far outway the negatives of not receiving a regular massage. Invest in your health and learn to invest in yourself.
