So you don’t have time for a massage but you’re hurting, stressed, not sleeping or simply sore all the time but how did you get that way?
We all talk about how we don’t have time to do things, are we really out of time? In a typical day, average people sleep 7-8 hours, work 8-9 hours a day including commuting leaving approximately 7 hours left in your day. Now if you have a family this may include making dinner or hanging with the family averaging 2-3 hours if that.
