So you don’t have time for a massage but you’re hurting, stressed, not sleeping or simply sore all the time but how did you get that way?

We all talk about how we don’t have time to do things, are we really out of time? In a typical day, average people sleep 7-8 hours, work 8-9 hours a day including commuting leaving approximately 7 hours left in your day.  Now if you have a family this may include making dinner or hanging with the family averaging 2-3 hours if that.  So with that being said, you have 4 hours remaining to hit the gym, socialize with friends or crash on the couch all of which are great but could a massage benefit you as well?

Now I’m not asking you to get a massage every day (wouldn’t that be nice) but what if you took one day out of the month and treated yourself to some downtime?  What if massage could offer you just one of these:

  • Decreased anxiety.
  • Enhanced sleep quality.
  • Greater energy.
  • Improved concentration.
  • Increased circulation.
  • Reduced fatigue.
  • Alleviate and improve range of motion.
  • Reduce back pain.
  • Help prepare you for, and recover from, strenuous workouts.
  • Improve the condition of the body’s largest organ—the skin.

With all of the potential benefits massage has to offer shouldn’t it be worth your time to try?  Aren’t you worth investing in?

The world is full of stressors whether physically or mentally we are all under large amounts of pressure most days, don’t let them dictate your life.  So the next time you think you don’t have enough time, step back and think for a minute aren’t you’re worth it?

YES, you are!! Invest in your health, your body will thank you for it!
